YOUR NEW JOB... 

 

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team located in Altrincham, Cheshire. In this newly created role, you will be pivotal in providing essential support for HR systems, data management, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless HR operations for SPORTFIVE UK. Reporting directly to the HR Director and collaborating closely with the HR Business Partner, this varied role is perfect for a proactive HR professional who excels in process ownership, is highly organised, and who is skilled at gathering and presenting data creatively. 

 

AS OUR HR CO-ORDINATOR YOU WILL... 

 

  • Be the go-to person for all HR information and systems management, including the organisation, audit, and maintaining of our HR and Recruitment system, SAP 

  • Regularly create and present data dashboards that visually demonstrate key HR KPI’s and metrics 

  • Administer a small monthly payroll for all UK employees, working closely with our payroll provider to ensure payroll is completed accurately and to time each month 

  • Own the administration of all employee benefits and be the first point of contact for any benefit queries  

  • Co-ordinate and streamline key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and our performance management process 

  • Manage an accurate and confidential employee record filing system in line with GDPR requirements 

  • Develop and maintain the HR SharePoint site, ensuring it is a one-stop-shop for all key employee information 

  • Support with key recruitment administration activity, ensuring every candidate has a positive recruitment experience with us that reflect our employer brand 

  • Support with key L&D activities such as the development of training materials, co-ordination of training events, and maintaining the L&D dashboard 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING... 

 

  • Strong knowledge and experience of HR information systems and data management 

  • High attention to detail, accuracy and managing live data in a timely, sensitive and confidential manner 

  • Experience of managing Payroll 

  • Previous experience working in a HR department 

  • Organised and able to manage multiple workloads and priorities 

  • Ability to identify process improvements and enhancements 

  • Strong competence and ability to adapt to varying technical systems, such as MS Office skills, Excel, PowerPoint or alternative visual systems (e.g. Canva, Lucid charts) 

  • Ability to apply creativity to display clear and visual information and communication documents and systems 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. 

  • General knowledge and appreciation of employment law and its impact in relation to our obligations for data management and security
