YOUR NEW JOB...
The primary focus of this position is leading the SPORTFIVE Rightsholder Management creative services team & its workload to ensure the effective, timely and efficient delivery of content output that is predominantly displayed across LED media formats in UK sports stadiums. This role will work closely alongside the LED Display & Content Services Manager and the Partnership Services Manager to continually evaluate and support the improvement of the creative workflow process to streamline cross-functional department undertakings whist maintaining the highest quality output.
You will be providing creative consultancy services to external clients and internal teams that supports the process of turning key messaging and campaign ideas into tangible content output whilst building key account relationships and offering a client-oriented management approach to support business retention and drive new client project opportunities for the department.
The primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the workload management of the creative services team, planning & managing timing schedules, deadlines and other priorities from different stakeholders
- Providing strong communication and leadership to the creative services team to support the service excellence goals of the rights management team to both internal departments and external clients
- Working closely with wider teams including sales & insights teams to assist in the ideation of client creative concepts through to final signoff’s of content and provide ongoing account management support as required
- Utilising external creative freelancers where required and manage budgets relating to external resources
- Managing the Media Library, ensuring naming conventions, file paths and flows are consistent and user friendly
- Sign off all media files against specific criteria depending on the client requirements and be accountable for accuracy
- Maintaining creative documentation, review and consider improvements to SOP’s, keeping all requirements such as LED specifications and brand guidelines up to date
- Working closely and collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders in the continued development of workflows and solutions to the benefit of internal and external stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL BRING…
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a Creative Services / Traffic Manager role or similar position, managing a creative team and their workload
- Experience in account managing creative clients, conceptualizing briefs, and managing their journey to delivery, across multiple key client accounts
- Experience in the creative process for delivery of LED assets in sports arenas would be advantageous
- Ability to undertake the production of artwork where required with proficiency in Adobe Suite, namely After Effects and Premier Pro would also be advantageous but not essential
- A team player who is keen to support and coach junior members of the team
- Personable, able to work effectively with a variety of different people and capable of developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A keen interest in sport and/or sport operations management
