You'll be getting involved in a range of activities, including; 

• Assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including purchase order reconciliation, invoice entry, coding, and payments. 

• Supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including raising customer invoices and reconciling customer accounts. 

• Helping maintain accurate vendor and customer records within finance systems. 

• Supporting cash management processes, including reconciliations. 

• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and company financial policies. 

• Providing support on ad-hoc finance tasks and assisting the wider Finance team where required. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING... 

• Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. 

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments. 

• A good level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-moving environment. 

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
