YOUR NEW JOB...
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Senior Sales Manager to generate new sponsorship revenue within the global sales platforms such as NBA, Global Football, F1, EAFC. With a specific focus on NBA and Global Football.
This role involves end-to-end sales management, strategic client consulting, and frequent industry events to cultivate high-value partnerships. In this role you will focus on the following key areas;
Sales & Business Development

Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities within our global sales platforms such as NBA, Global Football, F1, EAFC, etc.

Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract closure.

Develop customized sponsorship proposals aligned with client objectives.

Provide strategic guidance to brands on global sponsorship opportunities.

Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in the corporate CRM system.
Client & Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.

Engage with brands through multiple touchpoints (meetings, networking events, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ensure long-term partnerships through post-sales support, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
Collaboration & Market Expertise

Work with internal teams (business intelligence, brand consulting) to create compelling sales presentations.

Leverage market insights and sponsorship trends to identify new opportunities.

Represent SPORTFIVE professionally at industry and hosting events.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING...

Strong prior experience in sponsorship sales, preferably in global basketball or football.

3-6 years of sales experience, preferably from a sports team, league or relevant property and/or agency experience.

Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.

Established network within key industry professionals.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for sports, with a solid understanding of the NBA and global football business.

Willingness to travel to meet and host clients.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
