YOUR NEW JOB… 

 

We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our Rightsholder Management team, based in our office in Altrincham. Under the guidance and direction of Partnership Leads, this role has a primary focus on the pre and post relationship management support of SPORTFIVE’s LED and Production Services activities across some of the main contracts held with sports clubs, and organisations. Playing a key support role within the ‘partnership hub’ that links football partnerships, sales, production, finance, operational and logistic activity across the business. Also assisting with the delivery of LED inventory, static inventory and ticketing/hospitality requests for various contracts across the department and administrative support for Partner Leads and the Leadership team of the Rightsholder Management department.  

 

AS OUR PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL... 

 

  • Support Partnership Leads with the inventory delivery and relationship management of SPORTFIVE clients, across a variety of clubs, competitions and brands, so that the effective day-to-day requirements of the relationship across all competition undertakings are successfully met. 

  • Provide excellent liaison internally, and with clubs and all other relevant stakeholders as required to manage contractual operational requirements. 

  • Assist with management of the creative requirements and related output for all relevant key partners, liaising with the internal creative team, external suppliers and internal Production Services.  

  • Become highly proficient in the operational workings of the Playmaker system, creating and populating events with required inventory and media, and providing information for accurate and on-time delivery.  

  • Work with Partnership Leads to ensure optimal use of the Playmaker system by clients, to deliver seamless operations week on week.  

  • Communicate with external agencies, internal sales teams, internal creative team, clubs and football authorities in the distribution and approval of final outputs with clubs and associated operators/agencies. 

  • Collate ticket/hospitality requests from various stakeholders and distribute the required documentation to allow for a seamless experience for the end user.  

  • Work with and comply with SOPs as set across the department, actively contributing to their evolution.  

  • Be aware of, and operationally ready to cover different clients’ requirements during busy periods. 

  • Support the Rightsholder Management Team with general administrative tasks. 

 

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING… 

 

  • An interest in and strong knowledge of Football across the men’s and women’s games, worldwide 

  • Highly organised and able to prioritize own workload proactively 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • A team player who is keen to support their team  

  • Personable, able to work effectively with a variety of different people and capable of developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships 

  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly 

  • A keen interest in sport and/or sport operations management 

  • Experience in the sports industry is advantageous but not an essential requirement of this role 

  • Flexible and able to adapt to the demands of multiple concurrent & sometimes challenging projects
