 Senior Manager Key Account Management (m/w/d) 

Full-time | Job-sharing

 

 

Our Major Events team specializes in creating tailor-made High-Value Packages for sponsors, corporate clients, and UHNW individuals worldwide. We collaborate closely with our international offices and partner with global rightsholders to deliver exceptional experiences at major sporting events, including -but not limited to- the FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games, and the UEFA Champions League Final.

 

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

 

  • Conception, planning and implementation international events from the initial contact with the customer to the planning phase, implementation of the event on-site and post-event processing
  • Independent supervision of projects and accounts
  • Interfacing between all internal and external service providers involved
  • Close interaction with the clients towards the best performance and realization of their requirements
  • Account management with operational handling of projects on and off-site (incl. creation of bespoke programs and budgets)
  • Selection and briefing of tour leaders, hosts/hostesses and venue account team
  • Handling, budgeting and invoicing of clients
  • Review and after-sales survey and feedback

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

 

  • University or other relevant degree, as well as professional experience as a project manager in an agency or corresponding corporate area
  • Experience in the conception, account management, organization and implementation of events
  • Strong service orientation, customer focus and organizational skills with a commitment to high quality
  • Independent, reliable, and precise working style when dealing with national and international clients
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time effectively, and maintain structured workflows
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Willingness to spend extended periods on-site for assignments lasting several weeks
