(Senior) Manager Online Marketing (f/d/m)
Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational execution of global lead generation and awareness campaigns across various digital channels. You will actively drive performance marketing and marketing automation with a strong focus on innovation, KPI-driven management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- You take full ownership of planning and executing international lead generation and awareness campaigns end-to-end
- You manage performance marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Google & Co., as well as newsletter marketing
Content & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- You develop relevant, audience-focused content in close coordination with internal departments and international partners
Analytics & Reporting:
- You create KPI-based reports, derive data-driven optimization measures, and prepare actionable insights for management
Marketing Automation & Tools:
- You build and maintain automated marketing workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and leverage innovative tools like Phantombuster, Cred, Cognism, or Lusha for lead generation and funnel management
Innovation & Ownership:
- You drive creative approaches in digital lead management, with a strong focus on AI and data-driven technologies
- You take full responsibility – from concept to successful execution – with a hands-on and ownership-driven mindset
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Media or a comparable qualification
- You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead management, online marketing, or performance marketing
- You're highly skilled in LinkedIn Ads and experienced with other ad platforms such as Google or Meta
- You bring solid experience in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and conversion rate optimization
- You're well-versed in current online marketing trends, tools, and technologies
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders
- You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
- You’ve worked with agencies and are experienced in managing external service providers
- You think creatively, enjoy experimenting with new approaches, and have a strong innovation mindset and growth orientation
