 Business Analyst with CRM Expertise (m/f/d) 

Full-time I Parttime I Jobsharing

 

with over 2 years of experience in building the bridge between Business and technical teams.

 

 

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

 

  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable technical solutions
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals
  • Support the implementation and adaptation of systems (including CRM) by contributing to requirements management and process design
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for new features and functionalities

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

 

  • Proven experience in business process analysis and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with CRM or other enterprise systems from a user perspective, demonstrating an understanding of system functionality and data management
  • Experience in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
