Creative Strategist Esports & Gaming (m/f/d) 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Craft innovative communication concepts and brand activation ideas for top esports and gaming brands like EA, EWC, Ubisoft, Activision Blizzard, Team Liquid and more.
  • Develop compelling sponsorship strategies that align brands with the perfect story and company fit.
  • Lead the creation of customized offers and concepts by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Drive the activation and strategic direction of sponsorship partnerships with creative and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with a global team, playing a key role in SPORTFIVE’s gaming & esports hub, and support management on strategic projects.
  • Take responsibility to develop new standards for marketing and sales materials across SPORTFIVE's global esports and gaming assets

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • A degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or creative consulting
  • Expertise in brand and marketing strategies, with strong conceptual and visualization skills using tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop or similar alternative tools
  • Passion for esports and gaming, with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong trend awareness in digital brand communication
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with agile frameworks
  • Great communication and presentation skills in English, with additional languages like German, French, or Spanish as a plus
