ERP Solution Architect & Transformation Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing
You will play a key functional leadership role in SPORTFIVE’s ERP transformation from SAP ECC to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Your mission is to ensure that business requirements (especially within Finance) are accurately understood, translated, and embedded into a global process and system landscape. You will guide and challenge external partners, safeguard functional consistency across all entities, and ensure the solution meets SPORTFIVE’s operational, financial, and strategic needs.
YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
· Provide functional oversight across Finance and adjacent process areas, ensuring the consistency, usability, and scalability of the D365 FO solution
· Challenge and support external implementation partners to ensure high-quality functional design and correct interpretation of business requirements
· Define and maintain functional design standards, global templates, and end-to-end process models for Dynamics 365 Finance
· Review and approve functional solution proposals, process design decisions, and configuration approaches
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, internal controls, and group reporting needs
· Lead functional readiness for go-live activities, including process validation, data readiness, testing and cutover
· Work closely with Finance, Controlling, Tax, local accounting teams, IT competence center and PMO to align processes and ensure a unified business solution
· Drive documentation, training approach, and knowledge transfer to support stable future operations
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· Several years of experience in functional roles within ERP Finance, ideally as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Process Owner in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
· Strong understanding of core Finance processes (GL, AP/AR, Tax, Cash & Bank) and their configuration in D365 FO
· Experience challenging system integrators, validating functional designs, and driving solution quality
· Ability to translate complex business requirements into well-structured processes and system design
· Excellent communication skills, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders and guide cross-country teams
· A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
NICE-TO-HAVE
· Experience with SAP-to-D365 migrations
· Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or other supporting business applications
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, project management certifications)
