 Junior Manager Brand Activation - Creative Concept (m/w/d)

In the Brand Activation team at SPORTFIVE, you create the stage where brands and sports merge into an emotional experience. We activate sponsorship rights strategically and creatively - from the first idea to compelling content productions, events, and digital campaigns that excite fans. YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE  

  • Support the development of sponsorship strategies, campaign ideas, and activation measures that bring brands to life in the fascinating world of sports.
  • Analyze target groups, brand values, and current trends in sports and sponsorship to generate insights that truly matter.
  • Combine strategic approaches with creative ideas to design concepts that are not only well thought out but emotionally engaging.
  • Visualize and present your ideas in a way that creates goosebumps - together with the team, you contribute impulses and turn visions into tangible concepts for brands and fans.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Initial experience in marketing, sponsorship, and brand strategy- ideally complemented by a degree in communications, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and open to developing your conceptual skills step by step.
  • Analytical thinking combined with creativity to turn insights into ideas that make brands emotionally tangible in sports.
  • Enjoy working in a team and collaborating on projects.
  • Proficient in common presentation and image editing tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop) and able to use AI tools effectively.
  • Confident communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
