 Manager Sales Analytics (m/f/d) 

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

 

We in the Success Management Team are passionate about driving growth, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful insights through data. As we continue to expand our influence, we're looking for a proactive team member who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. If you're excited about working with Salesforce, shaping lead campaigns, and partnering with Sales, BI, and Marketing to enhance the customer journey, we’d love to hear from you!  

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce 
  • Drive the development and optimization of the Salesforce system landscape 
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional projects/ campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery 
  • Collaborate with Sales, BI, and Marketing to enhance the customer journey 
  • Support forecasting and performance analysis 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Experience working with Salesforce and reporting tools 
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and customer success 
  • Analytical mindset and structured approach to work 
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit 
  • Initiative and enthusiasm for actively shaping processes
