 SAP SucessFactors Specialist (m/f/d) 

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

 

In this role, you will be part of our Global IT organization while working closely with our people teams around the world. Acting as a bridge between technology and people processes, you will help ensure that our systems remain stable, user-friendly, and continuously evolve to support the needs of the business.

 

 

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

  • Taking care of the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a focus on Employee Central, Learning, and Performance & Goals
  • Working closely with the SAP SuccessFactors team and gradually building expertise across additional modules
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors modules and system enhancements
  • Driving HR systems projects that help simplify, standardize, and improve our people processes
  • Preparing meaningful reports and analyses that support better people-related decisions, including through SAP Advanced Analytics
  • Helping ensure that our HR system processes meet legal, internal, and audit-related requirements
  • Supporting colleagues with questions, training, and troubleshooting in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience with SAP HR modules
  • Openness to learning additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and expanding your system expertise over time
  • Understanding of HR processes and willingness to find practical ways to make them clearer, simpler, and more efficient
  • Confidence using MS Office and first experience in projects or cross-functional collaboration
  • Ownership and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ability to translate technical topics into user-oriented training in collaboration with local key users
  • You enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and keeping topics well organized
