You will identify, develop, and implement smart AI-driven solutions and automations with the goal of making our e-commerce setup, online marketing, and digital processes future-proof. You venture into areas where there are no established standards, turn ideas into action, and help our team work faster, better, and on a larger scale.
Your Tasks:

Process Analysis & Optimization

Analyze existing workflows in e-commerce, campaign management, content creation, and lead generation to identify potential for automation.

Tool Selection & Implementation
-
Select, test, and introduce suitable AI tools (e.g., for text generation, image creation, predictive analytics, personalization, data insights, automation)

Interface & Coordination
-
Collaborate with Sales, Online Marketing, CRM, Content Creation, Salesforce Development, IT, and external service providers.

Training & Enablement
-
Develop and conduct trainings and guidelines for the team to ensure secure and efficient use of the implemented tools.

Project Management & Rollouts
-
Take responsibility for AI/automation projects including schedules, goal definition, and success monitoring.

Monitoring & Further Development
-
Continuously monitor the success of implemented solutions, develop new use cases, and continuously expand the automation strategy. Additionally, achieve measurable increases in revenue success for hospitality marketing
Your Profile:
-
At least 3 years of professional experience in innovation, transformation, or technology projects, ideally in the fields of AI, data science, or digital strategy

Experience in eCommerce, performance marketing, or CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon, etc.)

Solid coding skills in at least one relevant language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for developing custom scripts, API integrations, or data processing workflows

Strong understanding of digital processes and data-driven work

Hands-on experience with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Mistral, etc.) and automation tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Make, Workato)

Practical experience in building AI agents and automation mechanics

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts

Project management experience and strong communication skills

Hands-on mentality and an innovative mindset

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
