 Senior Manager (f/m/d) Sponsorship Intelligence 

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

 

Sponsorship Intelligence supports our sales teams, clients, and partner clubs with research, market data, and all types of analyses for planning, evaluation, implementation, and success monitoring of sponsorship partnerships.

 

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

  • Act as a senior sparring partner for international colleagues supporting them with data, analysis, and insights along the whole sales process
  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize data from media research, market research. and additional data sources, translating insights into clear, data-driven recommendations with strategic relevance, and present those findings both in front of internal and external stakeholders
  • Take end-to-end ownership of internal consultancy projects, including scoping, analytical approach, quality assurance, and senior-level presentation of results
  • Take ownership of sponsorship success monitoring, especially via media research, derive value-projections based on existing data, and serve as a recognized expert for colleagues and external (potential) partners
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, steering the purchase and use of relevant media research data for international sales teams
  • Drive the development of data solutions in close collaboration with data engineering and data science experts, especially regarding automation, consolidation of data streams, and improved accessibility
  • Lead and coordinate project teams (interns, working students), ensuring high analytical and storytelling quality across deliverables

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sponsorship research, sponsorship performance marketing or data-driven consultancy in the field of sponsorship
  • Deep understanding of the international sponsoring and marketing business
  • Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and excellent Excel and PowerPoint expertise
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable, and business-oriented recommendations
  • Fluent written and spoken English for senior-level presentations and close collaboration with international colleagues
  • Good working knowledge of German (written and spoken) to ensure daily collaboration within the Germany-based Sponsorship Intelligence team
