Senior Manager Global Brand Partnership Esports & Gaming (m/f/d)
Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing
Our Global Esports & Gaming Team is responsible for taking care of some of the most prestigious rights holders and brands in the industry. In this role you will develop and sell partnership opportunities games, platforms and creator-focused projects and combine a strong understanding of the media and creator landscape with commercial acumen to build relationships, secure brand deals, and renew successful collaborations.
YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
- Drive commercial growth by identifying, pitching, and closing partnership opportunities across esports, gaming, and creator-led content projects (e.g. EAFC, Esports World Cup, Creator campaigns)
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and creator networks to develop integrated media and partnership solutions
- Lead negotiations and develop tailored partnership proposals that align client goals with our assets’ storytelling potential across social, streaming, and experiential platforms
- Leverage market insights including social trends, platform shifts, and creator community dynamics to strategically identify new business opportunities and category potential
- Cultivate a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship nurturing, ensuring both new business wins and long-term renewals
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience: 5+ years in sales, partnership development, or marketing within the digital media, creator, or entertainment space. Strong understanding of how brands collaborate with creators, platforms, and communities to drive engagement
- Sales Mindset: Proven success in selling branded content, sponsorships, or media partnerships ideally across gaming, esports, or the creator economy
- Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in English; additional languages (Spanish, French or Arabic or others) are a plus
- Industry Fluency: Solid grasp of current social and content trends (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram) and how creators and gaming IPs connect with audiences
- Relationship Builder: Ability to engage credibly with both creators and brands; a strong existing network within agencies, media, or creator talent is a plus
