 Lead Consultant (f/m/d) Analytics & Advisory 

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

 

Our Analytics & Advisory Team delivers data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for clients in the sports industry, based on robust market and media research. We support sports organizations in building and scaling their sponsorship inventory, as well as in pricing and go-to-market strategies. In parallel, we advise global brands on sponsorship strategy, evaluate partnership opportunities, and measure the performance of their engagements.

 

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

  • End-to-end responsibility for the delivery and quality assurance of consulting projects across sponsorship strategy, valuation, and commercialization
  • Structuring complex client challenges and translating them into clear, data-driven, and actionable recommendations
  • Leading and developing project teams while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business development
  • Presenting insights and advising senior stakeholders at C-level across brands and sports organizations
  • Driving proposal processes end-to-end, including scoping, storytelling, and finalization of client offers

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • University degree in business, sports management, marketing, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in consulting, ideally within sports business, sponsorship, or data-driven strategy; background in market or media research is a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic skillset with experience in structuring complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, with confidence in senior stakeholder environments
  • Proven experience in leading project teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
