YOUR NEW JOB...  

  

We're are seeking a Junior Designer looking for entry into the Sports Marketing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role ensuring our team is armed with world class, dynamic and customised sales propositions, and communication materials, designed to engage, support, and help secure significant investment decisions by C suite executives of leading global corporations. 

  

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the exciting world of our Olympics & Major Events division; SPORTFIVE’s specialist, international sales unit for rightsholders, sporting stars and brands. Our clients include the National Olympic Committees, National Paralympic Committees, partners and broadcasters of the Olympics, Paralympics 

 

Please note that this is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.  

  

AS OUR JUNIOR DESIGNER, YOU WILL FOCUS ON THESE CORE AREAS... 

 

Creation and Development of Visual Assets and Sales Propositions.  

 

  • Generic Rightsholder and Brand Presentations: The candidate will assist the development of bestin-class Generic introduction presentations or similar for a range of world-leading international rightsholders and Major Events.  
  • Customised Brand Partnership Sales Pitches: The candidate will assist the development of best-inclass customised partnership pitch presentations. To really ‘wow’ the client/brand with how their brand can integrate alongside a rightsholder seamlessly.  
  • Rightsholder Asset Focus’: Focus design will include leading UK rightsholders such as the Team GB, Paralympics GB & more.
 

 

Support in Concept Development and Storytelling.  

 

  • The candidate will have to understand and interpret brand identities to create visually compelling narratives and key visuals.
  • The candidate will want to challenge and push boundaries creatively to achieve never been done before executions and impressions.  
  • The candidate will have to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content.  
  • The candidate will have to ensure consistency in visual messaging across all presentation materials. 

 

WHO YOU ARE... 

 

  • A highly motivated, proactive, and genuine team player. 

  • An appetite to learn and a willingness to be challenged. 

  • The preferred candidate will need to have a strong focus on creating visually compelling presentations for companies.  

  • Responsible for developing and designing high-quality presentation materials that effectively communicate brand identities, marketing strategies, and corporate proposals and solutions. 

  • You will collaborate closely with our sales teams to understand brand identities and translate them into dynamic and engaging visual concepts. 

  • Your work will include creating custom graphics, infographics, and designs that enhance the overall impact of our presentations.  

  • The ideal candidate will have a high-level of proficiency in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite), a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of how to leverage visual design to support and enhance brand messaging. 

 

THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING... 

 

We are more interested in how you think than where you have been. That said, the following will be relevant: 

 

  • Technical competence – strong knowledge & experience working in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After EWects). 

  • Technical competence – strong knowledge & experience working in AI Platforms (Nano Banana Pro, Higglesfield Ai, Midjourney and more). 

  • Understanding of key visual elements (Typography and Layout Design – demonstrated understanding of how to compose content with compelling hierarchy & visual elements). 

  • Ability to brainstorm creative concepts, communicate them, and translate into key visuals. 

  • Strong organisational skills ability to multi-task, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, manage and prioritise workload to achieve the timescales required. 

  • Strong communication skills – ability to clearly identify and understand the requirements of our key stakeholders.  

  • Strong attention to detail, consistency and accuracy. 

  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the company both in the UK and globally.
